I have been attempting to create circuit boards for small SMD devices such as an ADXL335.  I am currently using Eagle Cad Software, Staples Photo Plus paper and a HP Laser-jet printer.  I can can get most of the toner to stick to the copper clad board yet paper removal is a problem thus causing short circuits.  If you have any good experiences with photo paper or other techniques, please post the type and brand you use.
